These men are the most hardworking, honest, and fair mechanics I've had the pleasure of working with. Wait times are very short, it's easy to get an appointment time or just stop by. Muheeb was great to deal with. They explain the needed repairs and costs so there are no surprises. I know they waived a few things because there was so much work to be done on my car. Other shops I've been to leave things with band-aid fixes or not fixed incorrectly - not to mention getting ripped off cost-wise elsewhere but Parsons Auto always does a perfect job at a low very fair price. I also bought some tires for a great price. Very professional people. The business hours are very convenient. Would absolutely recommend Parsons Auto for any service.

Very down to earth and humble guys. Car broke down on the side of the highway. They got it towed to the shop and had it fixed right away. The price was very reasonable. Work was done professionally, and had me back on the road the same day. Didnt need to book an appointment nor did i have to leave it over night. A very kind mechanic was willing to save me when I called. I was stuck in a parking lot with a dead battery and 2 small kids during a winter Saturday evening. The mechanic brought me a new battery and installed it even though this service isn't offered outside of the shop. I was so thankful. He doesn't realize how much that meant to me. Thank you to this man. A true gentleman and good citizen. I didn't get his name but since its a small shop, please pass on my gratitude.
